During my tenure, I played a key role in shaping Insight App capabilities across APAC, driving alignment between SFDC and the application. I collaborated with stakeholders to translate ideas into mobile applications, addressing market needs. Additionally, I effectively communicated with my team and developed a predictive analysis toolset using machine learning to forecast future quarter sales.

In my role as a QA Tester, I conducted extensive testing of applications such as CDG Zig, ZigX, and Rent-A-Car in the UAT environment, utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, Burp, and Postman. I diligently identified and reported bugs and API issues, contributing to improved functionality. As a part-time Technical Documentation Writer, I ensured accurate and accessible documentation using Confluence, Postman API, and Jira. Additionally, as a Helpdesk Specialist, I provided end-user support, suggested process/system improvements, and created user manuals to facilitate remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic. Notable achievements include successful software/hardware upgrades, effective issue resolution, streamlined reporting processes, and facilitating a seamless transition to remote work for staff.
